Club Notice 2022 Essendon Royals SC Inc. Annual General Meeting

The Essendon Royals Soccer Club Directors, hereby give notice to all members of the 2022 Annual General Meeting to be held Monday 7th November 2022, 7pm at Ormond Park Pavilion.

As per the Constitution of the Club, all Club Directors must stand down at the AGM and stand for re-election.

The Club Directors Hereby call for Nominations as per the Club Constitution.

At Present the Nominations received for Club Director Positions for 2023 are as follows:

President – Richard Di Sauro

Secretary – David Rowan

Treasurer – Vacant

Seniors – Steven Tribuzio

Juniors – Frank Nappo

9.2 Elections

A Member or a Director may nominate a person for election as a Director (including as President). A nomination must be in writing and signed by the nominator and nominee.

Nominations for Club Directors are to be forwarded to the Club Secretary, David Rowan at secretary@essendonroyals.com.au no later than 5pm 14th October 2022.

The club is also looking for people to volunteer in a number of other roles around the club.
