How to register, what it costs, and which programs are open right now. Every Royals player registers through Football Victoria with a current FFA number, from a child's first kick at Kick-Starters to our senior teams.
Most Royals players register online through Football Victoria. Three steps to lock in your spot for the season.
Every player needs a Football Australia (FFA) number. New players create one when they set up a PlayFootball account, returning players already have one from last season.
Log in, search for Essendon Royals SC, and pick the program or team for your age group. Kick-Starters registers separately through LetsPlayFootball.
Pay your fees online to complete the registration. Our Club Registrar then approves it, and you are set for the season. Fees are set per program at registration.
New to football or not sure where to start? Our Club Registrar, Shannon Gibb, can walk you through it. Email registrations@essendonroyals.com.au.

The things parents and players ask us most when it is time to sign on for the season.
Yes. Every player registers with a Football Australia (FFA) number. New players create one during registration through PlayFootball, and you keep the same number season to season.
Fees vary by program and age group, and are set at registration. Most teams are paid through PlayFootball, while Kick-Starters is paid through LetsPlayFootball at the prices shown above.
If you bought a single term earlier this year, re-register through the club's returning-player form rather than PlayFootball, so you are not charged twice for the same season.
Our Club Registrar, Shannon Gibb, handles registrations, transfers, registration errors and payment queries. Email registrations@essendonroyals.com.au.
