Exciting Opportunities to work in Essendon Royals Senior Women’s Coaching Department

Essendon Royals are seeking applications from those interested in coaching within our Senior Women’s program in 2023.

The Royals are committed to running an extensive women’s program, building on the immense success of our teams in 2022.

With our Senior Women being promoted in the Victorian Premier League Women’s competition, the Essendon Royals are looking to fill the following coaching positions in 2023:

–         Senior Women’s Assistant/Reserves Coach

–         State League 3 Coach

The pending addition of a State League 3 team to our program will greatly boost our playing numbers and provide new and improved opportunities for our club’s up-and-coming players to receive much-needed exposure to senior football.

Both coaches will work closely with our Senior Women’s coach, Vince Battiato, and enjoy a fantastic opportunity to be involved in one of Victoria’s biggest female football programs.

The club offers a range of coach education, supported by Royals Technical Director Michael Curcija and Royals Head of Football Vaughan Coveny.

The Royals may also be willing to assist with the subsidisation of coaching course fees for coaches who are seeking to take their coaching to the next level.
