Essendon Royals re-sign Luca Santilli

The Essendon Royals Soccer Club is delighted to announce the re-signing of Luca Santilli for the 2023 season. Santilli, who has been with the club since 2019, has been an ever-present for the Royals in 2022 and has become one of the hardest workers on the team.

As a winger, Santilli’s work rate has been nothing short of exceptional. He’s always willing to press the opposition and drive the Royals forward with his pace and creativity. His tireless work off the ball has made him an invaluable asset to the team, and his attacking contributions have not gone unnoticed, either.

In particular, Santilli scored a memorable goal against Avondale FC in the Australia Cup, showcasing his ability to come up with the goods on the big stage.

The Royals are thrilled to have Santilli back for another season, and are looking forward to seeing him continue to make a significant impact on the team’s success.
