Essendon Royals welcome young gun Minami Yamasaki to senior women’s side ahead of 2025 season

Essendon Royals thrilled to announce the arrival of youngster Minami Yamasaki ahead of the 2025 NPLW Victoria season.

Yamasaki joins the Royals after spending last season with Brunswick Juventus’ Under 20s side, where she was a regular throughout the entire campaign.

She previously spent many years as part of Calder United’s youth setup, going on to make two senior appearances in 2023.

Yamasaki is the club’s sixth new signing, joining Emily Harbis, Emma Langley, Betti Michael, Maya Stankovic and Ava Walters.

We’re looking forward to seeing Yamasaki continue her football journey at Cross Keys next season.
