Essendon Royals 2025 April School Holiday Program with Vaughan Coveny
Looking for a fun and engaging way to keep your kids active during the school holidays? The Essendon Royals Soccer Club is excited to announce our 2025 School Holiday Program, expertly designed and led by our Head of Football, Vaughan Coveny.
This two-day program is perfect for boys and girls aged 7 to 13 who want to refine their football skills, meet new friends, and, most importantly, enjoy the game in a fun and supportive environment.
Dates: Monday 7th April & Tuesday 8th April
Location: Ormond Park, Moonee Ponds
Time: 10 am – 3 pm
What to Expect
Under the guidance of Vaughan Coveny and our experienced coaching team, participants will focus on:
- Speed and agility exercises
- 1 v 1 tactics
- Passing and shooting drills
- Small-sided games to maximise ball touches and engagement
What to Bring
- Packed lunch and drink
- Hat and sunscreen for protection
- Sports clothing suitable for training
- Shin pads and football boots
The uniform is not compulsory, but if you’re a Royals player, we’d love to see you in your training kit.
