Dean Clarke signs on for 2026

The club is delighted to announce that Senior Men’s attacker Dean Clarke has re-signed for the 2026 VPL2 season.

The Irishman joined the Royals midway through the 2023 season and made an immediate impact, scoring 10 goals, finishing as the club’s top goalscorer, and helping the side survive their first season in VPL2.

Since then, Clarke has been an ever-present in the starting XI, deputising wherever needed – including a stint at left back last season. His high-intensity, full-blooded commitment on the pitch has made him a fan favourite at Cross Keys Reserve.

Clarke joins Brad Norton in committing to Mick Ferrante’s squad for next year.
