Jack Leech Re-Signs for 2026

Essendon Royals are pleased to announce the re-signing of Jack Leech for his third season with the club.

Leech arrived at Cross Keys midway through the 2024 campaign from NPLWA side Balcatta Etna, and has gone on to make 17 appearances for Mick Ferrante’s side. 

An energetic and composed midfielder with strong passing and dribbling ability, Leech is Essendon’s eleventh re-signing of the offseason. 

He joins Adrian De Petro, Phil Riccobene, James Tieri, Vince Lia, Julian Guzzardi, Marcus Kotronis, Takumi Niwa, Dean Clarke, Jordan Adeyemi and Brad Norton in recommitting to the club for 2026, adding depth and continuity to an ambitious group.
