Essendon Royals Kick-Starters Term 3 2026 Registrations Now Open

Kick-Starters is back for Term 3, continuing at Cross Keys Reserve.

Our introductory football program for kids aged 4–9 focuses on fun, confidence and core football skills in a supportive environment. Whether your child is lacing up their boots for the first time or coming back for another term, there’s a spot for them.

Term 3 Dates

Term 3 runs for 9 sessions:

  • Saturdays: 18 July – 12 September 2026 (18 Jul, 25 Jul, 1 Aug, 8 Aug, 15 Aug, 22 Aug, 29 Aug, 5 Sep, 12 Sep)
  • Wednesdays: 15 July – 9 September 2026 (15 Jul, 22 Jul, 29 Jul, 5 Aug, 12 Aug, 19 Aug, 26 Aug, 2 Sep, 9 Sep)

How to Register

Please read the following carefully to determine which registration pathway applies to you.

Already registered for the yearly option?

You do not need to fill out any forms or re-register. Your child’s registration already covers Term 3. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please email kickstarters@essendonroyals.com.au to confirm.

Returning: registered for a single term only

If your child has registered through PlayFootball this year and you signed up for a single term, you do not need to go through PlayFootball again. Use the Jotform below to register for Term 3. You will need your child’s FFA Number (issued when you first registered on PlayFootball).

New to the program: never registered before

If your child has never been registered with Essendon Royals Kick-Starters, you need to register through PlayFootball, Football Australia’s official registration platform.

Uniforms

Kick-Starters uniforms are now available to purchase online through the Armadura Royals Uniform Shop.

Please check the sizing guide carefully before placing your order to make sure you select the correct size for your child.

What to Bring

  • Water bottle
  • Shin pads (mandatory)
  • Sports footwear (football boots recommended)
  • Club uniform (compulsory, available from Armadura, see above)

Program Highlights

Parents are asked to remain away from training areas during sessions. Groupings are finalised after registration review.

Refund Policy
