Essendon Royals Seeking Community Football Coaches

Essendon Royals are seeking applications from those interested in coaching one of our Community Football junior teams in 2023.

The Royals offer a supportive and inclusive Community Football program for boys and girls with teams ranging from under-7s right up to under-21s.

The club has a few coaching positions it is looking to fill for the 2023 season.

Coaches with or without prior experience are welcome to apply, however all coaches must have a valid working with children check.

The club offers a range of coach education, supported by Royals Technical Director, Michael Curcija, and Royals Head of Football, Vaughan Coveny.

The Royals may also be willing to assist with the subsidisation of coaching course fees for coaches who are seeking to take their coaching to the next level.

Parent coaches are given FREE registration for their children, whilst non-parent coaches are paid a coaching fee.
