The Directors of the Essendon Royals Soccer Club Inc. cordially invite all members to attend the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Date: Monday, 20th November 2023
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Ormond Park Pavilion
In accordance with the Club Constitution, all Club Directors will stand down at the AGM and may stand for re-election.

Nominations for Club Director Positions for 2024 are now open. Current nominations are as follows:
- President: Richard DiSauro *
- Vice President: David Minnala *
- Secretary: Laurie Costabile
- Treasurer: Jenny Palmisano
- Seniors: Steven Tribuzio
- Juniors: Frank Nappo
* pending constitutional amendments.
Election Process (9.2 Elections)
Members or Directors may nominate individuals for Director positions, including President. Nominations must be in writing, signed by both nominator and nominee, and forwarded to Club Secretary, David Rowan, at secretary@essendonroyals.com.au by 5:00 PM, 25th October 2023.

We are looking to fill the following non-executive committee positions and volunteer roles:

Fundraising Coordinator | Non-Executive Committee
Match Day Operations | Non-Executive Committee
Council Liaison | Non-Executive Committee
Positions descriptions are available for all of these positions.
In addition, we are seeking volunteers to assist with the following aspects of the club:
- Canteen (Assistance at the register/bar/kitchen, pending your availability, ability and preferences)
- Apparel
