ESSENDON ROYALS | 2026 COACHING OPPORTUNITIES
Essendon Royals Soccer Club is now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from passionate and committed coaches to join our coaching team for the 2026 season.
We are seeking applications across the following programs:
- Junior Boys NPL (JBNPL)
- Junior Girls NPL (JGNPL)
- Community Juniors (Boys & Girls)
Home to over 900 players, Essendon Royals SC is committed to providing a fun, positive and organised environment for budding junior soccer players to enjoy the game and develop their skills.
Our junior programs are overseen by Head of Football Vaughn Coveny and Technical Director Michael Curcija. Both are decorated former NSL players and capped internationals for New Zealand and Australia respectively, and the pair bring decades of playing and coaching experience at the highest levels of the game.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for coaching and player development
- FFA/AFC C Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- A commitment to the club’s values and long-term vision
